When the replacement parts arrive, our trained service technicians schedule and make the repairs quickly.  Once again, a digital photo and the consumer’s signature are obtained on the  MC-50 unit to assure customer satisfaction.  Our goal is to leave the consumer with a quality product and a positive relationship with the manufacturer.
