Timely warranty resolution results in cost savings and increased customer satisfaction. Consumers are contacted and an appointment is scheduled within a few business days of their call. Within 10 days an inspection should take place. We try to bring resolution to all complaints within 30 days. Each case is finalized with a customer satisfaction follow-up.

Manufacturers need quick and reliable information on warranty call status. Manufacturer's data is updated daily on their web-based systems where available. For manufacturers without web-based systems, data can be transmitted via e-mail. These updates include scheduled appointment dates, inspection findings, action taken, and any other pertinent information regarding the issue. Our warranty system provides a paperless reporting approach that documents each warranty resolution with call logging, digital photos, and customer signature upon completion. All inspection findings, photos, signatures and information gathered on a warranty issue are considered the property of the Manufacturer and are not released to any other party without prior consent from the Manufacturer.

Regional managers have direct daily communication with our inspectors. Inspectors are also equipped with Symbol MC50 mobile computer with advanced data-syncing capabilities.
