UTS is pleased to announce the September roll-out of a Web Portal for the use of our manufacturers and our contractors.   This portal will allow the manufacturers we represent to view their warranty issues from start to finish, giving them up-to-date information on scheduling status and inspection results or repairs completed.  Also available to our manufacturers will be photos of each job. 

Our UTS contractors will be able to review each of the jobs they are assigned and those they have already completed, allowing for continuity between inspections and repairs for the same homeowner. 

This Web Portal is another step in the direction of making warranty inspection and repair service a fully web-based organization, allowing United Tech Services to Exceed our Customers’ Expectations.
